Freedom Is Your Very Nature

The freedom that the individual seeks is the freedom from itself.

As long as the person/form believes it’s an individual, it needs to be free, because there is something not quite right and it somehow knows there is more.

The individual can never comprehend what that is because it’s beyond the limited capabilities of the individual.

Freedom is what the individual exists within and is seen when the individual ceases to exist.

It’s So Simple.

It’s so simple. So ordinary. SO natural.

There’s nothing hocus pocus, airy fairy or mystical about it.

It’s always there.

Because you, the identity is always fighting to maintain your existence, the truth isn’t seen. It’s always there in the background, but it isn’t seen.

Who are you?

Bam!!!  There you are!

You Don’t Exist.

An individual can give a 10 min  speech on what they have done and experienced in life.

But when asked, “Who are you?

What happens?

The whole game is up. You disappear. It’s seen that you don’t exist.

What’s left?

We See The Real I, Continuously Everyday

“We” think and think and think and think. Thoughts always seem to be in the mind.

But… there are gaps between thoughts. After every thought and before every thought there is a gap.

In that gap, there are no thoughts and there is no you, only emptiness, nothingness, Oneness.

This is seen over & over again effortlessly, everyday… between thoughts.

Void of me, I is all that remains.

Because we exist, we see ourselves as different to everything else, that the world exists outside of us. Life revolves around us, what we do in it, and what happens to us in it: our experiences, thoughts, feeling, emotions, past, present, future, regrets & dreams. We are a participant & competitor in this game called life.

STOP, for a second!

Do you see what just happened in that moment just then?

You didn’t exist. You disappeared.

What was left?
